The Mentoring Program is here to make it easier for young and new POMS members to build a relationship with older and more experienced members of POMS.
"Speaking from personal experience, my mentor, the last president of POMS, has impacted my life in many ways. He still emails me almost weekly despite being a first-year at Harvard Medical School. His dedication to me and to POMS has really made a world of difference."
- Brandon Small, Pre-Professional Chair (2013)
“Being a mentor in POMS has been an especially fulfilling experience for me. It took me a while to find the right mentors at Pitt and I often felt discouraged. I’ve loved being able to provide a network of mentor-ship to POMS members, allowing us to strengthen our ties and create (hopefully!) lasting relationships that are beneficial to all parties involved.”
-Richa Gupta, President (2014)
